Hello all, new to the forum, own a 2002 Yukon Denali with Autoride suspension that is about to drive me nuts. I purchased this about a year ago, and when I got it the autoride worked fine. I did install some 22 inch rims, and at some point, the autoride compressor has stopped engaging when I cycle the key. Here are the steps I have taken: My mechanic found a burned up relay for the compressor, so it was replaced, still not functioning. It can be manually engaged and the compressor kicks on and airs up the suspension. Also, it will release the air from the system. For this reason, I do not believe my issue is the compressor, as it obviously engages manually and my assumption is that the release valve is functioning since it will let the air out. My mechanic then found that the relay is not getting grounded out, which should be controlled by the autoride control module. After pricing one at the dealer for over $600, I found one at a salvage yard with matching OE number. My mechanic installed it, and then sent me to the GM dealer to have it reflashed. I just did that this morning, and still a no go. My mechanic at the dealer did mention to me that usually a computer or module like this cannot be reprogrammed, that only a new one will work. However, he said that this one did allow him to reprogram.

I cannot see that it is the compressor unit at this, and I have read that the module is very, very rare to fail. This thing is about to kick my ass, anyone have any ideas on how to pursue this issue from here? Thanks for any help.
