My 1992 ls400 wont start. It clicks and the battery has plenty of power. i"m afraid to flood it. How do I access my starter at home? I suspect the cold weather may have something to do with the problem. But ultimately I'd like to solve this problem without the dealership, and without a tow. Any tips? PLEASE HELP!!
Watch the video above to see how to fix minor power steering fluid leaks in your 1992 Lexus LS400. The power steering fluid helps make your LS400 easier to turn, especially at lower speeds. If you aren't sure what type of fluid is leaking from your car, check our video to help determine the type of fluid leaking from your LS400. Power steering fluid is generally clear, pink or red and is oily to the touch. If the steering wheel is difficult to turn or you noticed power steering fluid leaking from your LS400, use the video above to see where the power steering fluid reservoir in your 1992 LS400 is located and how to fix minor power steering fluid leaks.
A small power steering fluid leak can make your LS400 difficult to turn. When you check your power steering fluid level, make sure your LS400 is parked on a level surface with the 4.0 liter engine turned off. We recommend wearing safety glasses and gloves when dealing with any engine fluids.
Just by the by the 90-92 LS400s I can see advertised over here start at AUD$4500 for 200k+ mile private sales with a 43k mile one-owner car from a dealer at $12k to catch the eye but perhaps not wallet.
